Thanks for your interest in getting your tattoo by me, Kody Flannery. I am grateful and humbled that you chose me out of all the talented artists in our area.

If you are a new client, welcome. I look forward to working with you to make your body art concept a reality.

If you are a returning client, welcome back, and again, thank you.

Even with things improving across the board, we still can’t have more than 50% capacity in the studio and I really didn’t want to make people linger outside.

Zoom meetings will allow me to conduct consultations without anyone having to linger outside…or even leave their house for that matter.

Here’s the rundown:

  • On this page, you’ll find a consultation calendar filled with timeslots, with which you can select a date and time that is convenient for you.
  • Enter your name, email, phone number and select the date and time, and hit “Book Now”
  • Please use accurate information because you will be sent an email with the consultation slot you selected as well as the Zoom link to use for your consultation.
  • I will also receive an email with that info and I will personally confirm with you that I have received your request.
  • I’ll ask you to reply to my personal confirmation email with any reference material you have for your tattoo concept. Examples of what you like as well as what you don’t like both help me go in the right direction when drawing for you.
On the day of your consultation click the Zoom link (Don’t worry, we’ll be sending out reminder emails before your appointment)
  • Please be punctual as I will be conducting several consultations each day. Showing up early is fine, you’ll be in the “waiting room” until I accept you into the meeting.
  • If you haven’t been accepted into your meeting right on time, the previous meeting probably just ran a little long, hold tight. I’ll do my best to keep things on time. Most consultations don’t take longer than 15 min.

One client per slot, please! If you and a spouse or child want tattoos, that’s great, but each person needs their own allotted time to discuss things properly and without haste.

A $180 non-refundable deposit is needed to book your tattoo appointment (this is separate from your free consultation) and includes preliminary artwork. If your tattoo costs the minimum rate, the deposit covers the full payment. The deposit will be deducted from your total tattoo cost, with any remaining balance payable by cash. Deposits can be made via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.

All Done! Thank you for your patronage and support. You can reach out via email with any questions, comments, or concerns.
